GomaApp(以下、「当方」と言う。)は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の適切な取り扱いに努めます。本ポリシーは、当方が運営するアプリケーションにおける個人情報の収集・利用・保護に関する方針を示したものです。
収集する情報について
当方が収集する情報は、利用者がアプリケーションを利用する際に自動的に収集されるデータに限定されます。例えば、利用者がアプリケーションを利用する際に発生するデータ(デバイスのIPアドレス・デバイス名・OSバージョン・アプリケーション設定・操作ログ等)を収集する場合があります。なお、当方はお客様の個人情報を収集することはありません。
当方が運営するアプリケーションでは、ユーザーを特定する情報を収集する可能性のあるサードパーティサービスを使用しています。
サードパーティサービスのプライバシーポリシーは以下のとおりです。
収集した情報の利用について
当方が収集した情報は、アプリケーションの改善や利用者へのサービス提供の向上に利用されます。また、利用者へのご案内やお問い合わせに対する回答など、必要に応じて利用する場合があります。
収集した情報の第三者への提供について
当方は、利用者の個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
ただし、サードパーティサービス(Google/Unity Technologies社)が提供するサービス利用規約に従い、サードパーティサービスとの情報共有を行うことがあります。
個人情報の管理について
当方は、利用者の個人情報を適切に管理し、漏えい、滅失、改ざん等の防止に努めます。
子供のプライバシーについて
COPPA(アメリカ)やGDPR(EU)により、子どもたちの利益と保護のために、当方は13歳未満の方を対象としていません。
当方は、13歳未満の子供から意図的に個人を特定できる情報を収集することはありません。
個人情報の開示、訂正、利用停止等について
当方は、ユーザーが自己の個人情報について開示、訂正、利用停止等を求めた場合、合法的な理由がある場合を除き、速やかに対応いたします。
サードパーティサービス(Google/Unity Technologies社)によって収集された情報については、サードパーティサービスの各設定からデータ共有を無効化することができます。
Cookieについて
Cookieとは、WebサーバーからWebブラウザに送信される匿名の一意の識別子として使用される少量のデータを含むファイルで、ユーザーデバイスの内部メモリに保存されます。
当方が運営するアプリケーションでは、このCookieを明示的に使用することはありません。ただし、情報収集やサービス向上のために、Cookieを使用するサードパーティのコード・ライブラリを使用することがあります。
ユーザーのデバイス設定により、Cookieを無効にすることも可能です。ただし、当方が運営するアプリケーションの一部機能を利用できない場合があります。

Privacy Policy
GomaApp respects the privacy of its users and is committed to the appropriate handling of personal information. This policy describes our policy regarding the collection, use, and protection of personal information in the applications we operate.
Information We Collect
The information we collect is limited to data that is automatically collected when you use our applications. For example, we may collect data that is generated when you use the application (device IP address, device name, OS version, application settings, operation logs, etc.). Please note that we do not collect your personal information.
Our applications use third party services that may collect information that identifies you.

Use of Collected Information
The information we collect is used to improve our applications and to better serve our users. We may also use the information as necessary to provide information to users or to respond to their inquiries.
Provision of Collected Information to Third Parties
We do not provide users' personal information to third parties.
However, we may share information with third party services (Google/Unity Technologies) in accordance with the terms of service provided by the third party service.
Management of Personal Information
We will appropriately manage users' personal information and strive to prevent leakage, loss, or falsification of such information.
Children's Privacy
In accordance with COPPA (USA) and GDPR (EU), for the benefit and protection of children, we do no target anyone under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information
When a user requests disclosure, correction, or suspension of use of his/her personal information, we will promptly respond to the request, except in cases where there is a legitimate reason.
For information collected by third party services (Google/Unity Technologies), you can disable data sharing from the respective settings of the third party services.
About Cookies
A cookie is a file containing a small amount of data used as an anonymous unique identifier sent from a web server to a web browser and stored in the internal memory of the user device.
The applications we operate do not explicitly use these cookies. However, we may use third-party code libraries that use cokkies to collect information and improve our services.
It is possible to disable cookies through the user's device settings. However, you may not be able to use some functions of the applications we operate.
